[1] Hosting service for webhosting
The web hosting service does not imply Webshield's responsibility for building the website. When the order is accepted (immediate confirmation after payment), a message with the necessary instructions is received by email, and to connect to FTP (SFTP connection), we recommend the WinSCP or Filezila programs. You can also upload files through the control panel.

Technical assistance in terms of services is most certainly offered by opening a ticket.

Refunds (7-14 days from request) for webhosting services will only be available through a ticket request. Reimbursement can only be made if the service was not functional, there were uptime problems or various problems strictly related to WebShield AG.
For reimbursement, this must be requested via ticket or other contact method shown on the website.

[2] Free MySQL databases
A certain number of databases are assigned to each service depending on the package it has.
The request to modify the package to add extra databases is not accepted.
If the databases are not sufficient, we recommend you to upgrade your service package

[3] Payments, invoices and due date
The invoice related to the service/services is sent to the customer in electronic format 7 days before the payment deadline (due date).
The system will automatically send a payment reminder 3 days before the payment due date, and after 3 days from the need to make the payment, the service will be suspended. The service will remain suspended for and then all data will be deleted within a maximum of 24 hours.
An invoice that is partially paid will not be confirmed and the service will not activate for only a certain number of days. The invoice must be paid in full, the minimum contractual period being 30 days.
In case of disagreements due to an invoice or even for other reasons, WebShield AG reserves the right to suspend the service (ie delete the files).

The payment methods we accept are: card payment, bank transfer, paypal payment, paysafecard. Payment via cryptocurrencies is also likely to be implemented soon.


[4] Suspension of service
As we stated, in the case of an invoice that has not been paid, we reserve the right for our system through the platform to automatically suspend the service after 3 days from the due date. All files will be deleted after three days of suspension. The service can also be suspended if the responses via tickets or e-mails do not comply with politeness standards. The communication between the client & the WebShiel staff is meant to be of quality, so please be understanding before writing bad things. During the period when the contracted service is suspended due to non-payment, the owner does not have the right to request backup copies of his data.
